I am a Professional Soccer Coach highly interested in Sports Intelligence area, Sports Logistics and Sports Management. A sports Technology Specialist, with experience in Management, Leadership and Strategic Planning. CLZ is an Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, currently working as a Head Coach in a Soccer Academy and also as a Program Manager in a global leading technology company.

Creating a strong coach-athlete relationship by providing the player with an in-depth learning experience and driving an effective engagement based on each player's interests and ability.

Professional Profile:
MANAGEMENT
My career is based on 12 years of Managing Projects in the areas of Manufacturing, IT Services, Supply Chain, Legal, among others, which have given me extensive experience in Design and Execution of Strategic Organizational Plans, Cost Control, Monitoring, Delivery and Management of multi-cultural teams.
I am PMP® certified by PMI® looking to incorporate Project Management best practices into the Club or Soccer Organisation to achieve strategic objectives and enabling long term development of the national athletes.
SPORTS
Sport has forged me as a Leader. I was a student athlete participating on High School and College Sports Events across the country. My Training Model includes the development of four fundamental pillars: Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological. My focus is to train footballers for the complexity of the actual game, promoting values to the athletes of the Soccer Academy and Professional Clubs.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Nowadays being a Soccer Analyst or Soccer Coach implies the knowledge and management of Technologies applied to soccer. My experience with Video Analysis Software includes managing NacSports, KlipDraw, LongoMatch and Metrica Play. Also, I have experience with TacticalPad, Wyscout, Wimu and Nuubo platforms, among others.
TEACHING
I have had the opportunity to teach English and Computer Science to High School students; This experience strengthened my skills as a teacher, enjoying being part of their lives, always responsible teaching young people to think, to have the capacity of independent thought and decision making. Using this very same approach, I want to boost the talent of the athletes.
LEADERSHIP
Besides soccer, Leadership is my passion. I have learned to be a Leader through team-work with the team and for the team. The best way to sharpen your leadership skills is by working on volunteer activities in any community, where you have no authority or hierarchy. That's the way I define my type of leadership: developing it on a daily basis and every time I speak, from a conversation on a phone call to a business meeting.
